Mr. Baiju Jayachandran, born in 1979 in Kerala, India, is a visionary leader and accomplished entrepreneur with an impressive track record spanning over two decades in global business and trade. He began his educational journey at Kerala University, where he laid the foundation for his future endeavors in the world of commerce.

Following his academic achievements, Mr. Jayachandran relocated to Mumbai, Maharashtra, where he ventured into business, focusing initially on opportunities within India’s burgeoning markets. His innate ability to identify and seize opportunities led him to expand his operations to the Middle East, specializing in building construction and the trading of petroleum products—a strategic move that established his reputation as a dynamic entrepreneur in these industries.

In 2011, Mr. Jayachandran founded PICKPOL Petroleum & Energy, which has since grown into a globally recognized enterprise with operations spanning Asia, the Middle East, the United States, and South America. His vision, resilience, and innovative approach have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and international expansion.

Currently, Mr. Jayachandran resides in South America with his family. He shares a fulfilling life with his wife, Rebeca Mamani Lovera, and their two daughters, Victoria and Dayana.
